Meet Captain Rob

Captain-Rob-Woodworth

Sunshine Daydream Boat Charters is owned and operated by Captain Rob Woodworth, a Coast Guard Licensed 100 Ton Captain as well as a Certified Padi Rescue Diver.  Rob has always been an avid outdoorsman and has spent his life “living the dream” in many spectacular locations.  In his younger days, Rob spent 4 years living on Maui where he worked on “Sea Smoke”, a beautiful 58ft catamaran, as well as working in the scuba diving industry. His love for the mountains brought him to Colorado where he spent many years living the life of a professional ski bum in both Steamboat and Telluride, Colorado. Ultimately his love for the sea won out and he decided to trade ski boots for flip flops when he moved to St John, VI with his girlfriend and 3 dogs.  Rob is full of great stories and information about the surrounding islands and their history, and is sure to keep you entertained throughout the day. Whether you’re interested in snorkeling, island hopping, bar hopping, shopping, or just site seeing around the Virgin Islands, let Captain Rob show you what’s sure to be the best day of your vacation! Call today, and let us help you plan your day at sea with Sunshine Daydream Boat Charters.

Meet Captain Brent

Growing up on the St Lucie river in Florida, he bought his first boat in high school and never looked back. He has explored just about every corner of the Caribbean, both on his personal sailboat and also doing yacht deliveries from the East Coast to various locations throughout the Caribbean. In 2014, his wife Rachael was offered a teaching position at Gift Hill school, and the two of them along with their dog Riley made the move to St John.
